Reflection of Class

Posted on May 12th, 2008 in Portfolio by jrock

In Mrs. R*** class we have good times and we had bad times. Some of the good times where when Mrs. R*** would tell use stories about here life that would help use along the way. Some of the stories where about thing in life that she learned as she walked the long road of life. Some of the bad time where when we would be having classroom discussion and I would freeze up. The things in life are there to either break you or make you stronger, but I feel that this class has made me stronger as a person.

Dear Satan and all that tried to hinder me:

Thank you. I am glad that all of you tried to hinder me from becoming who I am now. You inspired me to push on and keep on going. I know that you all want me to fail and quit but I am telling you now that the devil is a lie and I will not fail but succeed. People who do not want me to become something inspire me to prove them wrong. I don’t wanted to be doomed to Hell so I will take the time to say I apologize if I did something wrong to offend you. Some people just want you not to be nothing so that you are just like them. Stop trying to stop me and become somebody. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Jeremy

Major Lesson Learned in life

Posted on April 16th, 2008 in Portfolio by jrock

Over life, I have learned many lessons, but the best one yet was “To Never Be An Instrument for the Devil.” You should never let the devil play with you. As James 4:7 says, “resist the devil and he will flee.” The devil is only here to seek, kill and destroy. Don’t let Satan blow into you and play with your emotions. Satan wants you to get angry with someone you love and start a fight to destroy you relationship. Just remember that Jesus is lord and he can save you. Just ask him to come into your life, and live the life the way he wants you to live. In the end there is a reward for believing and serving God and that is everlasting life. There is also a consequence for not accepting Jesus, and that is an eternity of torment.

“Going to church doesn’t make you a Christian any more than going to the garage makes you a car”

Laurence J. Peter

Going to church does not make you a christian. To become a christian you must believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and he is the only way to salvation. Going to church and not believing in God just makes you a church goer. To have complete salvation and complete deliverance you must command out you mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord. When you make Jesus the Lord of you live you will be free from the world and free from Satans hold.

“It’s not what you’re called, it’s what you answer to”

–Anonymous

People in this world will try to do anything to bring you down and break you. Most of what they are doing will make you stronger as a person. In life you will go over many mountains, just keep going on and do what you do. If they talk let them talk, eventually they will get tired and stop. In the end you will have joy and they will just be the person who is at home and lonely. Be yourself and don’t worry about what they say.
